GPA Rewards!!

GPA rewards are available to full time students (Completion of 12 hours or more in the applicable semester) who make a 3.0 or higher in a semester. Rewards are limited to one person per bedroom per apartment (i.e. 1 bedroom = 1 GPA Reward; 2 bedrooms = 2 GPA Rewards; 3 bedrooms = 3 GPA Rewards). At the end of the Fall, Spring or combined Summer semesters, bring your official grade report by the Zona Rio office and we will proudly apply your GPA rewards as credit to your rent due for the following month! Rewards are defined as a $5.00 rent credit for each tenth of a point over a 3.0 up to a maximum of 4.0.
